Hello SAJHL Registered Families,

We are excited to begin our 2026-2027 SAJHL season with our Evaluation Day sessions to be held Saturday, October 3, at the Tom Graham arena in Richmond Hill (Elgin Mills Road between Bayview & Leslie). The schedule for the morning is as follows (note the groups DO NOT represent different divisions – they are assigned based on the number of registered skaters at each birth year):

Evaluations are important as they allow the coaches to place players in the appropriate division based on skill level, age, size, etc. Full equipment is required, and you will need to provide your own jersey and socks for the evaluation day, as team jerseys and socks will be handed out the following week after team assignments. If you are unable to attend, please send an email to mail@sajhl.com. If you have decided not to play this season please let us know right away. We currently have a waiting list for the season.

The team assignments and full league schedule will be posted to the league website at www.sajhl.com during the week following the evaluation day. The season schedule will commence on October 10 with a practice/scrimmage for all teams. The first league game will be Saturday, October 17. The season will run through to our Championship Finals to be held on Saturday, April 3, 2027.
